These are the Movement in Worship foundation courses, it is suitable for all including beginners.
MENTORING
The MIW Mentoring course is designed to help, develop and enhance the passion that we possess to worship God in movement as a personal gift, to be able to promote and impart it to others, and finally to use it to create streams in the desert.
WELLNESS
Exploring physical, emotional and spiritual wellness through a series of retreats. Stepping back from the non-stop nature of our world, come away for a weekend and Pause, Connect with Creator and each other, then explore different forms of worship.
Connect on a deep level to the one who made it all.
SUMMER SCHOOL
The Worship Summer School focuses on developing a spontaneous, creative movement dynamic within worship. It seeks to increase sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and to others. It is ideal for dance groups to grow together in their worship.
The different dimensions incorporated are intercessory & prophetic movement; an exploration of different dance styles & moving with props.

Creative Movement
Core workshop 1
This is the Movement in Worship foundation course, it is suitable for all including beginners.
The uniqueness in which you have been created is a gift that you can give back to God in your worship.
This workshop is designed to explore body movement to its fullest potential. It aims to enable you to break out of the movement stereotypes that so often depict Christian dance.
Exercises enable you to discover and develop your Unique Movement Vocabulary. This is then developed using Dynamic Mass Sculpture to see a corporate expression emerge. DMS facilitates groups of people to move creatively together, demonstrating the unity we have in Christ. This often develops into intercessory and prophetic movement.
Moving with Banners
Core workshop 2
This inspiring, hands-on, practical workshop will explore the use of movement with banners (or flags) and other props as an expression of worship.
This workshop outlines the biblical basis for the use of banners. It provides an opportunity to widen your understanding, and to become proficient, creative and confident in the use of banners and other props.
Intercessory Movement
Core workshop 3
This workshop explores the role movement has in prayer and intercession.
Teaching on prayer and intercession provides a Biblical backdrop for physical and symbolic expression. A variety of practical exercises are used to facilitate prayer and intercessory movement.
Moving Prophetically
Core workshop 4
This workshop outlines the biblical background for prophetic movement and action. It provides a safe and secure environment for you to explore and develop prophetic expression in new ways. During this exciting workshop space is given for God to communicate through the participants using movement.

This workshop outlines the biblical basis for percussive movement and gives you the opportunity to explore percussion and percussive movement, which can be further developed in your worship time and in church.
Movement for Men
It is powerful when Men move out in worship.
This is a workshop for men to encourage them to explore the whole area of movement within the context of worship. A workshop facilitated by men, for men, to create more role models for movement in a world dominated by females. Andy Au and team will be teaching this workshop.
It’s not necessary to be highly skilled to attend this course – rather to have a desire to worship God through movement.

Imagination & Movement
‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’ – Acts 17:28
We are on this earth and yet we live in a spiritual reality which is greater. Using our imagination is key in exploring this. Our imagination also enables us to visualise and interpret what we read in the scriptures bringing them to life.
Imagination and Movement is a new workshop that will explore the dynamic between what happens in our imagination and the resulting movement.
Moving Prophetically
This workshop outlines the biblical background for prophetic movement and action. It provides a safe and secure environment for you to explore and develop prophetic expression in new ways. During this exciting workshop space is given for God to communicate through the participants using movement.
Moving with Staffs
This is a practical Movement in Worship Workshop, which will focus on Moving with Staffs. It will be shaped by the MIW Teams recent experience using them in worship, prayer and in street missions.
There are some interesting and significant uses of Staffs in the bible. This workshop will outline the biblical basis for the use of staffs. It will provide opportunity to widen your understanding, and to become proficient, creative and confident in the use of staffs. There will be a focus both on individual and corporate movement.

Personal Mentoring
With Andy Au
The MIW Mentoring course is designed to help, develop and enhance the passion that we possess to worship God in movement as a personal gift, to be able to promote and impart it to others, and finally to use it to create streams in the desert. It is for anyone who wants to develop their worship experience with God.
We have now run this course for two years, many from around the world have found this course uplifting, encouraging and insightful. They have access to wisdom and insights that have helped them navigate ministries, churches and difficulties that inhibit creativity in worship and mission.
The Creative Well
If you are looking to develop in yourself, a resource that will sustain you in your passion to worship God in movement. Come and receive guidance and encouragement in your journey to fully be released in your movement before God and others.
The Creative Fountain
If you are looking to develop your knowledge in order to impart and facilitate others in the Church. Come and be challenged to be a clear channel and advocate for movement in the context of worship.
The Creative Stream
If you are looking to use your worship in the public arena and create ‘streams in the desert’ through moving in worship. Come and gain help/advice from Andy on how to use what you have to take worship out into our communities.

It is noticeable Andy is intimate with the presence of the Holy Trinity through Worship. His love flows from experience and knowledge to those who are eager to learn.
